Matt began his career working in London and across Europe with Red Bull, transitioning to TBWA where he managed strategy, activations and digital for the Agencies premiere clients including Marlboro PMI, Barclays, PlayStation and later XBOX.
In 2005, he accepted a position to head a network Agency in Dubai and in ’08 launched the digital media Agency Air Media, which rapidly scaled to become the region’s leader in next gen tech and content solutions, focused around digital experience, AR and VR activation for a range of clients including P&G, BAT, Unilever and Zabeel, prior to exiting the business in 2013.
Following a series of non-Exec advisory positions in startups and consultancies, Matt joined as CEO and partner to lead PLG in March of 2020, reformatting and structuring the market leading esports and gaming company, doubling the size of the business in 12 months and driving it through its fastest period of growth and performance to date and further strengthening its position as MENA market leader in the sector of esports and gaming.
